| Summary |
|
The first of the Pinbot series of games, later followed by The Machine: Bride of Pinbot, and Jackbot (which had an identical playfield layout). Space themed art and futuristic experimental audio set the tone for the fast and open gameplay. Notable for the visor mechanism which lifts (and drops the target array) to reveal pinbots face, and the ball locks for 2-ball multiball.
The backbox has a couple of nice features with well placed flashers behind the art to illuminate pinbots fingers and face, and a large flashbulb array under a red cover topping the backbox.
