Positives:
Really great sound, but the quotes are a little muffled. Except for
the EB rape, you have a reason to shoot most of the other shots which
makes this one a pretty fun game.
Minuses:
You can steal extra ball after extra ball off the easy right ramp.
9ball
Pluses:
Way cool pin with a ton of great features. Ramps are waaay smooth
especially the monster slide. Sounds and speech are top knotch with some
great quotes. One of the best multiball starts of any pin. Well balanced
scoring once 4 million jackpot is quiffed off. Party Punch ramp get's
progressively harder to light extra ball keeping it a challenge to collect.
Monster slide ramp is a challenging and a progressively lucrative shot when
made repeatedly.
Minuses:
n/a
Drac
Pluses:
Humorous artwork and sound bytes and smooth E-L-V-I-R-A ramp
Minuses:
Slotted flippers are the factory standard, but are actually less fun than
when the game is installed with regular flippers instead
Buzz
Pluses:
Dennis Nordman starts his string of underated games IMO. Nice design for an
80's game with enough rule depth and challenge to keep you coming back. Cool
light and sound shows top off this solid effort.
Minuses:
EB a little to easy to achieve. Multiball launch often misfires SDTM. BBQ
standups can be deathshots.
Jimbo
Pluses:
Great ramps.....fun during multiball.
Cool sounds and speech....(more on the adult side)
Great artwork everywhere....especially the cab.
Cool Bumpers....and toys(boogie men, skull w/ lit eyes. etc)
Overall:
Very strong game......one of my favorites overall. Always lots of fun to
play. Challenging too
Minuses:
Most didn't have mylar, so now most are belt sanded!
